Design Build Services

Precision Builders can help to overlap the design and construction phase of a project; this can often work well with projects that are very time sensitive. This will give the client a single point of contact and responsibility through to project completion. We can manage the cost, schedule and budget, this will allow the client to focus on timely decision making and scope definition rather than communicating between the designer and builder. Often time's construction can begin before design is complete and cost savings is usually a direct result of shortened durations.

Construction Management

Precision Builders believes in a "hands on" approach to construction management. We will serve as an ally of the owner; handle the evaluation of project costs, schedule, contractor performance and evaluation of any cost change issues that arise. We will stay heavily involved with the project team to ensure that the most effective construction methods are utilized and the quality is held to the highest of industry standards. We will attend weekly construction meetings and we will work hard to make sure that the construction team is working together towards the final goal, to deliver the finished project on-time and on budget.
