We recently completed our seventh remodel/build with Precision Builders Corporations. Our partnership with them has always resulted in stunning, functional spaces. Six of our projects have been restaurants which have entailed soup to nuts remodels. Sean and his team were on top of the entire scope of work with all the subcontractors. Our project manager was extremely professional and gracefully handled all our “changes”. He kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring that timelines were met with out sacrificing quality. Their attention to detail is always unwavering.

The design phase of our projects has always been a collaboration in which PBC provides insightful onsite engineering addressing the unique challenges involved with restaurant spaces as well as personal details at our home. They have always turned our vision into a beautiful reality.

After working with Precision Builders Corporation on seven large projects that have spanned over 8 years, I can confidently say they are the best company to work with.

We had a pretty significant renovation/addition construction project on our Visitor’s Center in which we hired Precision Builders to complete.

On top of the normal challenges associated with renovations on existing older buildings, we specifically scheduled it during the winter months so as limit the disruption to our 7 day a week customer operation. On top of that, the crazy first three months of lock downs due to the COVID 19 pandemic were the last 3 months of the project! Thankfully we were with Precision builders… Sean McFarland and Project Superintendent Tim Binder executed well beyond all expectations.

They worked with our hospitality team flawlessly to schedule major pieces of the project. They were precise on the quality, they would have things re-done before we even had a chance to ask about it. They had so much pride of craftsmanship and how it needed to look for us that made sense once I found out that they are both finish carpenters in their own right. They were creative problem solvers on many fronts and had the resources and relationships to get things done. They were more than fair on all the inevitable change orders too.
