Precision Builders was selected to lead a significant renovation and addition to the historic Visitor’s Center at St. Francis Winery. The project required navigating the complexities of modernizing an older structure, all while maintaining the integrity of daily operations for the winery.

Scheduled during the winter months to minimize guest disruption, the project faced an unexpected challenge: the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic during the final three months of construction. The Precision Builders team, led by Sean McFarland and Project Superintendent Tim Binder, delivered above and beyond expectations.

Their approach was marked by clear coordination with the winery’s hospitality team, a commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail. Both seasoned finish carpenters, Sean and Tim ensured that quality never wavered.
