The PBC Team
Sean McFarland

Sean was raised in Sonoma County and quickly found his passion in the construction industry. While finding his footing as a carpenter, he quickly moved up through the ranks to foreman, superintendent and project manager with well known, reputable general contractors throughout the Bay Area.
Sean’s experience spans over 25 years in the construction industry and specialty craft trades. His diverse management style includes managing projects in the private, commercial, industrial, Department of State Architect and hospitality sectors.
Sean is a dedicated husband, father, community supporter and volunteer. He spends his weekends coaching youth sports, mountain biking, running and traveling with his family.
Geoff Fox

He has worked in construction project management for over twenty years and still gets excited for every new project that he is a part of. He enjoys the team approach to building and helping make our clients vision reality. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with his family.
Dan Winter

Dan is our most Senior Superintendent and has been with us since 2016. In his spare time, Dan likes to golf and spend time with his 3 girls. Dan says that the construction industry has given him purpose and something he felt good at. We appreciate all that Dan does for the PBC team.
Caleb Duarte
Superintendent
Chris Barnsdale
Superintendent
Chris has been with PBC since 2018 and comes to us with many years of construction experience.
He likes to ride his mountain bike, fish, go to the gym and coach his kid’s sports teams.
When asked why he likes to work in the construction industry, Chris said, "The construction industry is like pieces of a puzzle and I like to help facilitate them all coming together. What else is always rewarding to me are the relationships we build with our clients."
Tim Binder
Superintendent
During his spare time, Tim likes to ride his mountain bike and hang out at the river.
When asked what he likes about working in the construction industry, Time says, " I like to see the finished product. Over the years it’s been nice to drive by a building or home I built and still see it there. That is rewarding to me."
Jerry Leontie
Superintendent
We recently bought a new home and property and have started to keep farm animals. I am enjoying spending time at the ranch doing upkeep. We like to hike and camp as a family. I also enjoying playing guitar and going to concerts.
I have been in construction professionally since 2002. I have worked all over the Bay Area, but most of my time was spent working in San Francisco. My grandfather was a union carpenter who did hardwood floors in San Francisco and my dad was a facilities director for large corporations before getting his contractor’s license.
I love building things and having a very tangible result. The feeling of seeing the physical results of a long process is very satisfying. My customer service skills from retail have proved invaluable when dealing with clients, architects, subs, and team members.
Lane Sneed
Carpenter
Lane has been with us since 2019. He has traveled the world and has many stories to tell.
